Shipping

What are Sagola’s shipping hours?

Sagola ships orders Monday – Friday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. Orders placed after 4:00pm will be processed the following business day and shipped within 2 days if the product has inventory.

Same Day Expedited Shipping?

Expedited shipments should be placed before 12:30pm. For urgent orders, call our support line above to check the status of your order.

How long until my order ships?

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.

What Countries will Sagola ship to?

Sagola is only authorized to ship to both the United States & Canada. All other orders will be canceled.

Can I use a package forwarder?

No, we cannot ship our products to any package forwarding company. If a shipping address to a package forwarding company is provided, we will contact you and ask for a valid business or residential address located in either the United States or Canada.

Any other shipping restrictions?

Due to our distribution restrictions, we are only able to ship to US business/residential addresses, and must be accompanied with a US.

How do I purchase Sagola outside of the USA & Canada?

Returns

What is Sagola’s return policy?

• We offer a 7 day money back guarantee for our items. If a product needs to be returned for a refund, you will need to contact us via our contact form and we will assist you in returning your product.
• The gauge and components must be returned in the condition it was received, including all accessories and the carry case.

Warranty

Our Warranty Policy

Sagola products are covered by warranty for 3 years after date of delivery*. Except for fair wear and tear, Sagola warrants products against defects caused by faulty design, materials or workmanship. At the company’s discretion faulty products will be replaced or repaired free of charge if the fault develops within the warranty period.

*Check product documentation for specifics. Our line of pressure tanks, pneumatic pumps, and fluid supply systems come with a 1-year warranty extendable to 2 years with registration here.
